and was pleasently surprised with the results. Now, im more than happy for your comments if it means that I can make some progress in using this rather deep program but heres a sample of what I made and a brief guide of how I did it...
Black & White Photo with touch of colour (Photoshop)
Open up Adobe Photoshop (I`m using CS2).
Go File - Open - Select Photo you want to play with and select open.
Use your brush to select the area you wish to make colour.
Once your happy with the area that you want to remain in colour.
Select the edit in standard mode
Go Image - Adjustments - Desaturate
Go File - Save
Done...
