Fun with Wii Fit

So tonight I decided to get out the Nintendo wii and have a little fun. I've been using the gym alot recently for general cardio work and thought I'd work on my balance and it also provides another workout without leaving the house. The flapping like a bird is quite fun as is the downhill skiing, I must admit that the cycling is good and I like the steps as you can do this exercise whilst watching a television program. One thing that I do find a little irritating is the weighing element and the bmi as it does not take into consideration the muscle to fat radio and sometimes the weight it gives back can be out as compared with a set of digital scales. On the whole though I do like my wii fit.
